HOW DO I MAKE A BOOKING WITH YOU?

Due to personal commitments I try to keep my work schedule flexible to suit both my clients and my family although suggested booking times are shown on my website. If you would like to book a session, please use the 'contact' section on the homepage, reach out to me via Facebook, or email anwenholistics@yahoo.com for more information on the services I provide and availability. I try to reply to emails the next working day (Monday - Saturday) but please allow up to 48 hours during busier periods. If your request is urgent you can contact 07595873810 and I will get back to you ASAP.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

Sometimes it's nice to treat our friends and family to something special, but we might like to keep our choices open on what we receive or when. To accommodate for this, Anwen Aromatherapy can offer a gift voucher for a specific therapy or for a certain amount for you or a loved one to use within 12 months from date of purchase (this timeframe is being kept flexible during the COVID situation).

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

For certain services a deposit or payment in full is required prior to your session, this can be paid via PayPal or over the phone via a card reader. If there is an outstanding amount owed after your session, this can be paid in cash or via card. 

I request a 48 hour notice period to issue a refund for any cancellations.

WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY POLICY?

I will aim to post any orders out within 48 hours from recipe of payment. As soon as your order is on its way I will email you with confirmation and tracking details when possible. Once the parcel is in the hands of the courier I can not claim any responsibility for how long it takes to reach you. Please allow upto 5 working days for UK deliveries, and 10 working days for international deliveries before reaching out to me. If your parcel takes any longer then 2 working weeks to arrive I am happy to offer a full refund or free replacement. Should your goods arrive broken or in an unsatisfactory condition, the same applies.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you receive aromatherapy products and are not satisfied with them, inform me within 48 hours of receiving your order and I will offer a free replacement or a refund minus any postage costs. If you would like to send your order back to me this will be at your own cost, but I am happy to provide instruction on how best to dispose of your order if requested.

I'M HAVING DIFFICULTY OR NO RESPONSE AFTER SUBSCRIBING TO YOUR SITE.

Technology is advancing so quickly sometimes it's hard for me to figure out too! If you don't think your subscription submission has worked, please email anwenholistics@yahoo.com with the subject 'SUBSCRIPTION', or reach out to me on Facebook and I will manually add you to our free email subscription service - I definitely know how to do that, computer Gods be willing!

WHY IS YOUR COMPANY CALLED 'ANWEN'? 

'Anwen' is the connection to my homeland of Wales. In Welsh, the name 'Anwen' means very fair or beautiful. This for me sums up my view on the beauty of aromatic plants and the skill of Aromatherapy. It also has links to my late Grandmothers name, as the suffix -wen is thought to be an altered version of the word Gwen, the feminine form of the word Gwynn which once meant “white” or “blessed.”
